Reducing fat becomes very difficult unless your diet is balanced and you are adopting a healthy lifestyle. Those who want to lose fat or weight will need a lot of motivation and control their diet. As in my diet plan we fallow two main thing one is caloric deficit and other in high protein diet. Most people consume their dinner meal at least 4 to 6 hours before retiring for sleep. Most of the people reduce their activity level after their dinner meal; with addition we should take minimum calories in dinner. If we fallow these routine it become very beneficial for fat loss and weight loss because with this routine the body will not only have a longer time to breakdown and digest the food, but will also have a lower number of calories to store as fat.  
Today I will suggest some dinner recipes which are high in protein, healthy, nutritious, and calorie conscience dinner meals. Each recipe includes a list of ingredients necessary to prepare the meal, also explain how to prepare the meal:-


1.       Cluster bean (Gawar phalli):-

     Dry vegetable is a very tasty dry vegetable that goes well with the hot pan. It has been enhanced with the taste of garlic, which helps in balancing the sugar and cholesterol in the blood.
·         2 cups fancy, cut into 25 mm (1 ") pieces
·         2 tsp oil
·         1/2 tsp cumin seeds
·         1/2 cup chopped onions
·         1 tsp garlic paste
·         1/4 tsp turmeric powder
·         salt to taste
·         2 tsp coriander-cumin powder
·         1 tsp chilli powder

How to prepair
1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan and add the cumin seeds.
2. When the seeds start crackling, add the onion, garlic paste and turmeric powder and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
3. Add the pansy, salt and 1/2 cup of water and mix well. Cover with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
4. Add coriander-cumin powder and red chili powder and mix well. Cover with a lid and cook again for 2-3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
5. Serve hot.


2.       Chicken Noodles Soup with salad:-

     Eating a bowl of chicken noodle soup will fill your stomach comfortably. It is rich in protein and have low calorie, in this bowl you will get only 150 calories. Salad full fills your all nutrients which are necessary for good health.
·         Olive oil
·         Chopped onion
·         Chicken broth
·         Chopped cooked chicken breast
·         Egg noodles
How to prepare
In a pot over medium heat, cook olive oil. Cook onion then simply pour chicken broth, chicken breast, with two cup of water. Bring it boil for 30 mint on simmer heat.

3.       Usal:-

   A traditional Maharashtrian dish has been made nutritious, using mixed sprouts. Sprouting not only increases the amount of protein but at the same time makes this dish easy to digest and full of calcium. To provide sourness, where kokum is used in a lot of ways, we have used tomato here so that anyone can make this dish easily, even in areas where kokum is not easily found.

·         Donate 1 cup mixed sprouts (moong, gram, matki etc.)
·         2 tsp oil
·         1 tsp cumin seeds
·         1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
·         1/2 cup chopped onions
·         1 cup chopped tomatoes
·         3 tbsp ready dry garlic chutney
·         1/2 tsp turmeric powder
How to prepare
1. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and add the cumin seeds and asafoetida.
2. When the seeds start crackling, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
3. Add tomatoes and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
             4. Add dry garlic sauce and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while  
             stirring once in between.
             5. Mix mixed sprouts, add turmeric powder, salt and 11 1/2 cups of water, mix we
                and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
6. Allow all steam to escape before opening the lid.
             7. Serve hot with lemon wedges, garnished with onions and coriander.



4.       Low Fat Curd Chicken Recipe:-

 Low Fat Chicken Curry Dish made from curd is rich in protein and low in carbohydrates. It is as delicious as it is healthy to eat. Therefore, people who are concerned about their health can also eat it without fear.

 for making low-fat curd chicken: Oil is rarely used in making this chicken. Curd is an important ingredient in it, in addition to it cumin, garlic paste, red chillies, garam masala, green chillies, tomatoes, onions are added, then this is the best chicken prepared.

How to prepare
Clean the chicken pieces and wash them with water.
Mix ginger powder, garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder and red chili powder with curd.
Now mix the chicken pieces well and keep aside for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, heat the oil in the pan and add chopped onions and cook it on medium flame for 5-6 minutes.
Now add chopped tomatoes to the pan and thaw for 5 minutes.
Now pour the marinated chicken pieces into it and put together as much marinet spice as possible.
Cook it on medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
Now mix it by adding salt and water.
Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes.
Once done, open the lid and check the chicken with a knife.
Turn off the heat when the chicken is cooked and garnish it with chopped coriander.


      5.       Chicken biryani:-

They can make their health by eating it. There is hardly anyone who does not like the taste of chicken biryani.
