In our breakfast first we should balance our MACRO mean Protein, Carbohydrate, Fat  try to maintain protein level high then carbs and fats level should be moderate . We should also focus on minerals and vitamin . Here we will give you simple, tasty, healthy options of different types of breakfast. Consuming a nutritious and healthy breakfast is the sign of a healthy lifestyle. It just not good for good and healthy lifestyle a nutritious breakfast has also been linked to several health  benefits . lots of health benefits are related with right type of nutritious breakfast. It will help in control weight, improved weight control, and also help in improve physical as well as mental performance. Right type of breakfast boost our metabolism to start burning fats.
In over diet plan we focus high protein diet mean try to maintain near about this figure:-
PROTEIN =  180g to 220g
CARBS     =   90g  TO 100g
FAT          =   MODERATE (40g TO 50g)

      its is very simple and very effective meal  for fat loss and weight loss, oats are rich in fiber that help in control fat and also helps control bad cholesterol  protein help to prevent muscle which is very essential for our good looking out look

INGREDIENTS:
·         OATS    =   30g to 40g
·         Almonds  =  6 to 10 piece
·         Kaaju        =  6 to 10 piece
·         Milk          = 100ml
·         Whey Protein = 1 to 11/scoop
How to prepare:-
It is very simple to cook just take 100ml water in any vassal put oats , almond, kaaju, milk first then boil it just for 3 to 4 minuets . then mix a scoop of protein in it after fallow this simple steps your healthy protein oats are ready to take

How to take
·         Take boiled egg  =  7 egg  ( 5 white egg and 2 whole egg)
·         2 slice of brown bread

     INGREDIENTS:
·         Raw egg  = 7 (5 white egg to 2 whole)
·         Olive oil  =  2 tsp.
·         Pepper    = just for Dash
·         Some chopped onion, chopped spinach
How to prepare :-
Beat egg( 5 white, 2 whole), pepper, chopped onion, chopped spinach in small bowl and blended it for some time
Heat 2 tsp. Olive oil for 20 sec pour egg mixture. Mixture should set immediately at edges.
Gently push cooked potions from edges toward the centre with inverted turner so that uncooked eggs can reach the hot pan surface continue cooking and gently turn uncooked portion on pain take same time to cook. Its one of most popular protein breakfast

     It is very simple to prepare and perfect start of day, it is made up of Greek yogurt, almond milk, and protein powder. It also healthy option of breakfast
INGREDIENTS:
·         Half mango, chopped
·         Half cup ice
·         Half cup almond milk
·         Hal cup Greek yogurt
·         1 scoop protein
How to prepare :-
It is very simple to prepare just put all this in blender jar and blend it . and just after some seconds healthy mango protein smoothie is ready for breakfast
